Each Next Century Systems Power-Predictive Dialer station comes with the capacity for up to 3 telephone lines to dial out. A live agent can connect almost instantly when a call is answered. Once a live connection is made, the other lines stop dialing. The live agent can speak to the person who answers the phone, transfer the call or conference with another. Our Next Century Systems Predictive Dialer can play a pre-recorded message, mark a telephone number as a fax, answering machine, disconnected number, etc. The live agent can click on "Dial" at any time to begin dialing again.
Each station may draw from its own database, or each station Next Century Systems Predictive Dialer may be connected to a server to access a contact manager or central database of telephone numbers. There is virtually no limit to the number of stations that may be connected.
Each live agent can see such things as name, address and other data base specific information about the person who has been called. The live agent can record details about the call in a note pad which is linked to the specific prospect. The Next Century Systems Predictive Dialer can generate reports on the fly which include the number of calls, length of call, timing between calls. Our system will also report numbers which were disconnected, busy, disconnected or fax numbers. Our system includes a number system which allow you to assign a value to data which allows for such things as marking the strength of the lead, or the language spoken, or whether the person should be re-called for follow-up.
