To ensure the security of your credit card information, all information is encrypted so that it cannot be read as it is sent through the Internet.

We respect your privacy! We will never share your personal information with another company, and we will use it only for purposes to which you have consented.

Shipping & Handling
Standard Shipping in the United States. Because we keep a full inventory of autodialers, predictive dialers, computer equipment and software most orders will ship within 24 hours. If you would like to know specifically when your system(s) will ship just ask. We will be happy to tell you. In most cases we can expedite orders. Our standard shipping method is Fed Ex Express saver which usually will arrive within 3 days of leaving our facilities.

International Orders
We welcome international orders.

Return Policy
Customers may return the system to Next Century Systems Inc. for a refund (less shipping and 15% restocking charge); All returned equipment must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. Customers must pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cables, and accessories as they were delivered to them. Regardless of condition after arrival, products must be packaged appropriately so that physical damage will not occur during return shipping. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. To qualify for a refund the system must be received by Next Century Systems Inc. within 15 days from the date the customer originally received the system, and it must be returned to Seller in good condition.

Quality Guarantee

Our systems are tested and re-tested before we ship. In the event that your system is defective we will repair or replace that item at no cost to you. Simply contact our Customer service department at 1-585-385-9645 for assistance. If a replacement for a returned item is not available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. Returns of product, other than for exchange or replacement, are subject to a 15% return fee.

Three Year Warranty

Next Century Systems warrants that its software and hardware will be free of any significant defects for three years from purchase date. On occasion, shipping may cause damage to the system. In addition, hardware and software occasionally become defective after working properly. Next Century Systems Inc. will repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning hardware and software at no charge, if within the warranty time limit and if there has been no damage by accident, misuse, or abuse by the customer. Customer must return any defective hardware prior to Next Century Systems Inc. shipping a replacement or customer must give a credit card number authorizing a charge until the defective hardware is returned to Next Century Systems Inc. This warranty is not valid if a surge protector and/or a battery backup (uninterruptible power supply) are not used to protect the system. Next Century Systems Inc. cannot be held responsible for any kind of physical damages, including lightning and power surges, to the hardware or software. This warranty and the obligations and liabilities of Next Century Systems Inc. are in lieu of, and Purchaser waives, all other warranties, guarantees, conditions, or liabilities, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, and further including without limitation consequential damages, whether or not caused by Next Century Systems Inc. negligence. This warranty shall not be extended, altered, or varied except by a written agreement signed by Seller and Purchaser. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED HERE. This warranty is non-transferrable.
